Sustainability Governance

Centri City Holding’s Sustainable Business strategy is overseen by a Board-level ESG Committee, which is responsible for reviewing and assessing the implementation of our ESG strategy, policies, and practices. The committee is supported by the Head of Sustainability and meets at least once a year, with additional meetings scheduled as needed to address key ESG-related issues and developments.

A Board member has been designated to take direct responsibility for ESG matters and chairs the ESG Steering Committee, which includes key department heads. The Committee meets at least annually and provides strategic oversight on ESG issues, guiding the direction of the Sustainability Department.

The Sustainability Department serves as a cross-departmental interface, collaborating with relevant departments to implement and monitor sustainability programs at the operational level. It is also responsible for conducting materiality analyses, preparing sustainability-related communications, and responding to investor inquiries and rating agency requirements regarding ESG matters.

This governance structure ensures that sustainability considerations are integrated at both the Board and operational levels within Centri City Holding.
